2. DISCLAMIER
All items are subject to availability and we require full payment in advance using our web site shopping cart automated system to begin processing of each order. Design, size and colour may vary. All care has been taken to ensure that the product description and specifications are correct at the time of creation of the website however, the specifiaction and details may change.

3. RETURN POLICY
If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for an exchange. Please return the merchandise within 7 days of the invoice date, unworn and in its original condition with a copy of the invoice. All costs of returning the merchandise will be incurred by the customer and the delivery charges will be payable again once the merchandise is/are dispatched from our warehouse.

Please ensure that you obtain the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned merchandise. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification. The postage and packaging charge is non-refundable.

The jewelry items will be neither exchanged nor refunded due to hygiene reasons. The management reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged and our team will contact you to collect the difference.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

5. DELIVERY
All orders will where possible be dispatched within 2 working days of ordering.
Standard U.K. delivery in most cases will be delivered within 3/5 days of dispatch.
Next Working day signature delivery can be provided on U.K. orders placed before 9:00am U.K. time. This service is available for delivery Monday to Friday only.
